Styling & Set Up

For couples with a clear design vision, however would benefit from the reassurance of having a professional with a keen eye for detail taking care of setting up their decor on the day.

Upon booking, I will send out an Initial Styling Questionnaire to get a better understanding of your overall design plans, and during the planning process I will be on-hand to answer any queries, and provide recommendations where required to help pull together the look.

I will meet with you 4- 6 weeks before your wedding to review your designs and collect a list of your decor, and arrive at your venue on the morning of your wedding to arrange it exactly as you envisage. This service includes the set up and styling of both ceremony and reception areas (to include room turnaround where the same space is to be used for both), and any additional styling as required, such as entranceways, outdoor areas, cake/card tables, and photo displays. I will also liaise with your suppliers as they arrive, ensuring that tables are correctly laid and floral arrangements and centrepieces are in place. This service includes the complimentary use of any props from my Hire Collection, and we can help to source any additional styling pieces as required (such as alternate linens, tableware, glassware, cutlery etc.) to compliment the theme.

After the wedding I will return to collect and organise the return of any hire equipment, leaving you free to carry on enjoying any extended celebrations safe in the knowledge that everything is taken care of.
