Hire Enquiry

 

Please use the form below to enquire regarding items from our hire collection for your event date.

Please note that all hire orders are subject to availability, and a minimum £150.00 hire fee. Hire is available on a collection and return basis only (we are located in BS16), and for a standard 3 day hire period.

Upon receiving your enquiry, (and if your requested items are available on your date), a full quote will be sent to you by email. A non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total will become due at the point of booking, with the remainder payable one calendar month before the event date. Changes to your order may be made (subject to availability) up until one month prior to the date the items are required.

A refundable loss/damage deposit of 30% of the total hire fee will also be added to the final invoice, which will be fully refunded upon the safe return of the hired items. Any losses/breakages identified upon return of the hired items will be deducted from this deposit at the current replacement purchase price, and should the value exceed the deposit amount, will be invoiced after the event.
